We are pleased to advise you of the Annual Meeting to be held on Thursday, February 8, 2018. The purpose of this meeting is to conduct normal business of the Association and present information on current Association affairs. Enclosed for your convenience is a proxy, which can be used in the event that you are unable to attend the meeting. It is very important that you assign your proxy if you cannot attend. If you do not wish to assign your proxy to a specific neighbor, you may assign your proxy to the Board for quorum purposes only.

Park in the parking lot or on Lindsley Avenue; walk through the main entrance breezeway toward the back of the property. Meeting held on 2nd floor, on the left once you’ve gone through breezeway.
