Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Virtual Meeting of the Board of Directors for Kensington Gardens Lakewood Homeowners Association, Inc., has been rescheduled for Wednesday, December 22, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to approve the 2022 budget without an increase in the annual assessment.

The agenda topic for the rescheduled meeting will not change. You can view the agenda on the Association’s website anytime at www.kensingtongardenshoa.com. Rescheduled

We are pleased to announce that the Annual Meeting of the Members has been scheduled for Thursday, April 25, 2019. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss normal business of the Association and to present information on current Association affairs.

Enclosed in this packet you will find the agenda and a proxy. Even if you plan on attending it is important that you return your proxy as unforeseen circumstances may occur, preventing you from being able to attend. The Annual Meeting cannot be held unless quorum requirements are met, either in person or by proxy. If a meeting must be reconvened for a later date, additional costs to the Association are incurred.

We are pleased to advise you of the Annual Meeting to be held on Thursday, February 8, 2018. The purpose of this meeting is to conduct normal business of the Association and present information on current Association affairs. Enclosed for your convenience is a proxy, which can be used in the event that you are unable to attend the meeting. It is very important that you assign your proxy if you cannot attend. If you do not wish to assign your proxy to a specific neighbor, you may assign your proxy to the Board for quorum purposes only.
