Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Virtual Meeting of the Board of Directors for Kensington Gardens Lakewood Homeowners Association, Inc., has been rescheduled for Wednesday, December 22, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to approve the 2022 budget without an increase in the annual assessment.

The agenda topic for the rescheduled meeting will not change. You can view the agenda on the Association’s website anytime at www.kensingtongardenshoa.com.
